Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days after purchase. During busy periods, limited drops, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Locations

BeNMc currently ships within the UK. International shipping will be announced in the future.

UK Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Delays & Lost Packages

BeNMc is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the courier directly.

If your order appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will assist where possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. BeNMc is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
