BeNMc No Refunds Policy

All sales made through BeNMc are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Due to the limited nature of our drops, please ensure you carefully review product details, sizing, and shipping information before completing your purchase. By placing an order with BeNMc, you agree to this No Refunds Policy.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Shipping delays outside of our control

  • Natural wear, distressing, fading, or design features that are intentional and part of the garment’s aesthetic

Some BeNMc products are intentionally designed to show wear, distressing, or variation. These features are not considered faults and are part of the intended design. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered on this basis.

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear proof of the issue. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

This policy applies to all BeNMc products, including limited releases and promotional drops.
